Bescarfed by Marina Morozova
This sweet little scarf is worked flat as a one-piece with nice built-in edges that do not curl.It is a great one-skein project that is quick to make. The repeating stitch pattern is very meditative and relaxing to knit.The length and width of the scarf are easily modified, you can make a cute little scarf or a wide cosy wrap.
Skill Level: adventurous beginner.

Snow Mittens by Trine Bertelsen
Snow mittens are soft and warm mittens in a classic and simple design. The mittens come in sizes for the whole family (includes 4 childrens, womens & mens). Worked in the round on small circular needles or dpns, and has a classic 2 x 2 rib at the cuff. The hand is worked in stockinette stitch, and increases for a thumb gusset are made, to give the mitten a good fit.
